| A business that is not a registered company (i.e. it does not have an ACN), for example, about unpaid debts. | |

For complaints about:
| WHO CAN HELP: External Dispute Resolution Schemes (FOS or COSL) If your complaint is about a credit provider or credit assistance provider you will have to talk to them first to explain the problem. If you are unhappy with their response you can then make a formal complaint with an independent External Dispute Resolution Scheme. If alleged misconduct or illegal activity may have occurred lodge a complaint with ASIC. Note: ASIC may refer you back to the credit provider, credit assistance provider or External Dispute Resolution Scheme if you have not contacted them first. |

If for any reason you are unable to finish your complaint in a single session you can resume your complaint at a later time.
